If people actually knew how much Jeronne goes through to play on this team, they would STFU and appreciate what a tough guy he is.

Im not jerrone maymon or a starter on the basketball team !! Dumbass ! I would hope you expect the starting PF on a Div 1 basketball team to hit layups... Id be just as pissed at myself if i were missing them too ! You stupid apologist !

Idk if you noticed but he has hit his layups. His knee still isn't healed. He goes through intensive rehab after every game. You my friend are a dumbass. He's kept us in this game with his offensive rebounding.

No, You need to watch what you say pal. We're playing a final four team & he's out rebounding them. Isn't his fault McRae is 1-11.

I dont need to watch what i say... And We arent pals. Floridas not in the final four yet and it is maymons fault hes missed 5 layups... This aint a discussion about his rebounding ! Start a maymon rebounding thread if you wanna talk about that. And i dont know if youre a dumbass but youre makin yourself out to be one.

I appreciate what a tough guy he is and the struggles he's gone through to make it back ..... I'd appreciate him even more if he could make a $&@?ing layup.

Well the last I noticed he was 1 of 4 on his layups. Maybe I missed a few though. Maymon has always been one if my favorites but his misses down low hurt us. He is a good rebounder however. I will give him that.

Truth is....maymon is not nearly as good as before his injury.

This. His game has really suffered from the injury and rust. It makes me appreciate the great games he still has. That said, he has killed us at times. This game included.

It's like people forget he was 56% from the field his junior year before his knee gave out.

People need to realize its hard to look like a good player when you can't jump 6 inches because your knees are shot. I get frustrated watching Maymon miss bunnies too but then have to remind myself about his knees. I do wish he would not have so many turnovers and his knees have nothing to do with that. Appreciate this guy toughing it out this season.

He shouldnt be playing then !! Am i stupid for thinkin that ? I mean seriously... You acknowledge he cant jump half a foot off the court and his knees are shot and yet hes starting !? Sounds like more coaching brilliance from the Quonz !
