I had the same thought. Especially if Golesh gets a HC job after this season. Promote Halzle to OC/QB Coach and give Healy a title like Passing Game Coordinator.

I assume that assistants would get similar payouts, so possibility that Mack could see an additional 500K for a stellar year.
Even if a 'middle of the road' season would likely see 50 to 100K...I don't think he would ever see that added income at Charlotte, so being an assistant at UT looks on paper to be the better job.
