Assuming 8 hours per work day with a 5-day work week, that's $79,040. Not really bragging territory...

When you work for the Japanese, 40 hours a week will get you fired. You work 55 at the very least. 30 weeks out of the year I work 70 hours a week.

Haha. And you are still paying the student loans for your under valued degree from your over priced alma mater. I will take my TN degree AND my salary over yours every day. Plus we actually play a little football.

Lmao I have a vocational degree from a 2 year technical degree. Went to school for free and I'm only 21 years old. Also still living at home and the only bill I have is a cell phone bill. Shame on you. I'm making 38 dollars an hour before you even graduated college.

Can't believe I'm taking up for GoBraves after today but originally I don't think he was bragging. I made a rude comment and he rebutted it. The point he was making really had nothing to with his salary. Also imo 79k per living in Tennesee is pretty comfortable under most circumstances.

Thank you GL, I wasn't bragging at all. But when people on here talk crap about how much I make, it ticks me off. Like I said. I'm only 21 years old and I feel like I'm making very good for my age. Haters gonna hate.

21 years old?? You are trying to carry the weight of a high brow university that obviously can't play football all by yourself. Oh, by the way, I wouldn't wear the whole "living at home" as a badge of honor. Not particularly impressive.

Why does anyone care what northwestern fans say? They are irrelevant to us. Tennessee did what Tennessee was always going to do. Nothing more.

Also, saying northwestern is over rated only makes Tennessee's win less meaningful.

Northwestern played their schedule and deserved their ranking. Tennessee just showed up and showed what a real opponent looked like. End of story.

One of the few times I agree with you. Tennessee has played really well when they have the chance to get most guys healthy with four weeks off. Plus we don't have to manage anything because it is the last game with plenty of time to heal up. The real narrative here is that Tennessee was a really good football team this year despite a lot of adversity it had to face with injuries and other things. This is a real good team and it is going to get even stronger.

Not trying to tell you what to do, just a piece of advice. Get a copy of Dave Ramsey's 'Total Money Makeover' and live by it. At your age, with your income, you will be set.

I wish I had known about it about 10 years before I read it.

So, wait a minute, your internet braggery, defending against the assertion that you live in a trailer, is to inform us that:

You are an hourly employee that lives with his parents....?

It was funny before.

It's very comfortable, especially when you live with you parents.

And it's most definitely bragging. Bragging by self defense but bragging none-the-less. When he gets a little older, he'll probably realize that providing for oneself and their family is more respectable than disposable income.

That's much higher than the median household income. I wouldn't say that's scraping by. Only 6% of the individuals in the US earn over $100,000 annually; you'd think its 75% on VN.

Dude I'm 21 and making 38 dollars an hour and have basically no bills. If you were in my spot you would be living a home still. I have a girlfriend but I'm not married. Why tf would I want to pay a ton of bills by myself. Not very smart.
