Dude, it's not trolling. I take enough crap 364 days out of the year here.

Crap? You don't living in Tennessee and aren't heckled by UT fans. You're on a UT board at your own will. Get a clue, this thread trolling and nothing more.

Meeks was unreal nothing we could do. Best individual performance by a guard I have seen since Chris Jackson.

Perimeter defense sucked, Meeks was on fire...I don't think I've seen a single game performance like that in college.

Sorry, it's been a long time.

Jodie was a freak of nature tonight and he is just one guy. I'm glad we won... but relying on one guy won't get us through the conference or into the tournament. You guys have an equally talented team just lacking on the defensive end tonight. It'll turn around.

Lol! You obviously have not watched a Tennessee game this year - or you didn't even listen to the announcers tonight. Jodie Meeks is the 6th player to score a career high versus Tennessee this year. It is NOT going to get better defensively.

I like how my previous post was deleted even though it broke no board rules yet this thread still remains in the UT basketball forum instead of the NCAA forum. Is it not politically correct to say masturbate?

Brian, congrats. Meeks had an unbelievable performance. Our defense didn't help our cause, but even with an improved effort there, Meeks still would have won the game for KY. Even Chris Lofton never had that impressive a game from behind the arc.

Pearl will earn his money this year if he can get us dancing. If our defense doesn't improve, I suspect we will see some assistant coaching shake ups in the offseason. Forbes could be gone.

I think you could give him a rack of 15 balls at his favorite spot from behind the arc, and he wouldn't hit 75% again. In fact, I would put my house on it. It was an unreal performance. I think Tennessee has played much worse games this season. They guy was just off the thermometer hot.

Props to Meeks. I'm guessing that I won't see many better games from a college player.

Shame on us, though, for giving him continued open looks. We have the athletes, but we just aren't nearly as fierce as we have been fighting through screens and switching off as we have been in the past couple of years.

On a side note: kudos to Wayne for a solid night against PP.

We played worse against Georgia. Luckily they suck.

Incredible performance by Meeks. Despite another pitiful offensive performance by us, you've got to respect seeing that kind of shooting effort. He was wide open for quite a bit, but he made plays and was in a zone that no one was going to stop.
