There's no reason for it to be private. They want to do that just so that they can leak things from it, out of context, to continue to try to fabricate something, anything, to offset the clown car that is Trump.

EXCLUSIVE: The top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee has been informally meeting with Republicans behind closed doors in an effort to persuade them to abandon the impeachment effort against President Biden, as GOP lawmakers prepare to vote to formalize the inquiry, Fox News Digital has learned.

Committee ranking member Jamie Raskin, D-Md., has been quietly discussing impeachment with House Republicans with whom he has close relationships, multiple sources with direct knowledge of the conversations told Fox News Digital.

Sources said Raskin has been meeting with "right-wing to more moderate members" in an effort to counter GOP arguments, investigative steps, and evidence collected throughout the investigation.

Those sources told Fox News Digital that some Republicans, in recent days, have been "especially receptive to seeing the Administration’s record of cooperation with investigators."

Meanwhile, Fox News Digital has obtained "fact sheets" House Oversight Democrats plan to share with both Democrats and Republicans to support their efforts to quash the impeachment inquiry.

They've got zero on Biden--this is all just cheap political theater--an attempt at tit for tat-- and everybody, including most everybody in the GOP knows it. The difference is the gangster's two impeachments were completely legit and there was the evidence to prove it, and this is just transparent political bull$hit, a repeat of Benghazi. Republicans don't have anything better to do--ask them.

Evidence of trump asking Zelensky if there was corruption with the Biden family but not the evidence of the Biden family profiting from the Ukraine government and zelensky getting BILLIONS of dollars from the Biden administration that he wouldn’t have gotten from trump?

The fact that you can somehow see below the “tip of the iceberg” with the gangster trump, but can’t (or won’t) connect the simple dots with Biden is just proof of your lack of critical, independent thinking and your propensity to group think and confirmation bias.

You've swung and missed again, Earl. Congress approved an aid package for Ukraine--then the gangster got on the phone with Zelenski and threatened him: Gin up some BS dirt on Biden or I wont send you the aid you need to repel a Russian invasion. That's called an egregious abuse of power--for which the gangster was rightly and legitimately impeached. You do understand that, YES? Classic and grotesque abuse of power.

The Biden family did not profit from "the Ukranian government." Burisma is a private company; private means non-governmental. It also got no special treatment. The fact that Hunter Biden was on the board of a private company means nothing. The GOP spent 9 months trying to connect dots--they've failed.

There is only one of us here doing "critical, independent thinking," and unfortunately it's not you. I don't engage in group think; I engage with facts.

Is that what would make you feel better? Having the politicians admit that they use their office to enrich themselves?

Is this really your beef, that they won't just come out and say so?

Biden, Trump, Obama, Clinton, both Bushes and every one of their predecessors have done it - but suddenly Biden needs to just come out and say it for you to be at peace?

My point is that there's a whole lot of teeth gnashing now from a group that didn't seem to mind it with the previous administration. It's absurdly disingenuous that Biden's Ukraine grift is a deal breaker but Donny's the leader in the clubhouse for the same people.

What's disqualifying for one, should apply to both. No?

It’s not disqualifying. Pretty much nothing is today. But it is part of his record. I’m far more troubled by his cognitive decline. This also takes away a narrative of stay with Biden ‘cause Trump is trouble

Alot of comparisons between Hunter and Ivanka and Jared...funny thing is of those 3 only Hunter has never runs buisness..the grift is normal...Joe is hiding because he was caught on film in quid pro quo and the MSM is covering for him...he has no reason to admit anything
