Joe Biden impeachment inquiry

As Jerry Nadler claims Biden cooperated and Trump did not.

NARA, in cahoots with DOJ and Biden WH, concocted a documents case shortly after Trump left office.

NARA reached out to Team Trump almost immediately, claiming presidential records were missing and needed to be returned.

Which files? Obama's letter to Trump and some correspondence btw North Korea dictator and Trump.

Contrary to claims Trump and his team did not cooperate, they did--probably too much. Finally, Trump voluntarily turned over 15 boxes to NARA in Jan 2022.

NARA then claimed the boxes had classified papers and sent a criminal referral to DOJ, which immediately opened an investigation.

Trump and his lawyers continued to cooperate. ON THE SAME DAY BIDEN INITIATED A SEARCH OF PENN BIDEN FOR CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS HE KEPT, his DOJ issued a subpoena in May 2022 to get more records with "classified markings" from Trump.

They returned 38 more files.

Trump allowed DOJ counterintelligence chief Jay Bratt and 3 FBI agents into Mar-a-Lago in June 2022. He delayed his trip to Bedminster to greet the officials and told them they'd help with "anything they need."

FBI raided MAL in August 2022, taking 13,000 items and later claiming agents found 102 more "classified" papers.

I mean, there is no reason why Mark Zwonitzer isn't charged with obstruction for destroying evidence that proved Biden knowingly shared classified papers.

Matt Gaetz gets Hur to admit Biden lied about where he kept files and insisting he did not share classified papers with his ghostwriter.

This could rise to the level of obstruction.

Gaetz blasting Hur for using the "Senile cooperator theory" for not charging Biden.

Jim Jordan gets Hur to reiterate that Joe Biden received an $8 million book advance, which was one motivation for keeping classified files--papers he shared with his ghostwriter.

I've made the same point: it demonstrates Biden's intent to unlawfully retain classified records.

Biden has memory deficit and evolving cognitive issues. It is completely fair to point that out and raise it as an issue in the campaign.

Trump resisted efforts to return documents he should not have had, hid them to obstruct their return, and tried to cover it up. Also completely fair to point that out and raise it as an issue in the campaign.

Did Biden take and store the docs before or after these evolving cognitive issues? Are these evolving cognitive issues enough to prevent prosecution? If so, should someone with these evolving cognitive issues have nukes?

How do you use your keyboard while conducting a manual “eyes wide open” colonoscopy?

Just to recap:
"I did not share classified information with my ghostwriter. I did not."

Biden forgot the year Beau died, when Trump was elected and said 'I don't recall', 'I don't remember' and 'I have no damn idea' more than 100 TIMES, damning transcript of Robert Hur interview reveals

Joe Biden could not remember the year his son Beau died and was often confused by the dates he served as vice president and about how classified documents ended up in his home, according to the shocking transcript of his testimony to former Special Counsel Robert Hur.

According to the transcript of the two-day interview reviewed by DailyMail.com ahead of Hur's highly-anticipated congressional testimony, Biden brought up Beau's death in the context of a book he wrote published in 2017.

'What month did Beau die?' Biden asked to himself during the hours-long sit down on October 8, 2022.

'Oh God, May 30th,' he seemingly responded. But the president had to be reminded about the year in which his oldest son died because he could not remember.

A White House attorney stepped in to state that the year of Beau's death was 2015.

'Was it 2015 he died?' Biden again questioned out loud. The president then went on to ask if Donald Trump was elected in 2017, to which another White House attorney jumped in to correct him that it was 2016.

The mix-up of Beau's death date during the interview directly contradicts Biden's fiery denial that it ever occurred.

But the transcript reveals that it was, in fact, Biden who brought up Beau in the first place - not Hur.

Biden also was confused about the years in which he served as vice president and asked for assistance recalling critical dates.

'When did I announce for president?' Biden asked, to which Hur stepped into say that it was in 2019.

Later in the interview, Biden needed clarification on when he departed the VP office.

'Well, if it was 2013 - when did I stop being vice president?' asked Biden.

'2017,' his attorney replied.

In addition, the transcript shows that Biden could not recall many details of where the classified documents found at his home were stored or what the contents were.

Hur asked the president about a 'second tranche' of boxes found behind a rocking chair.

'I have no damn idea. I didn't even bother to go through them,' responded the president.

He also could not recall multiple instances where he allegedly pulled out classified documents to discuss with staff.

'I don't recall doing that,' insisted Biden when asked about pulling out information from a binder and sharing with his team.

He also told Hur that he could not remember 'finding any classified stuff downstairs,' despite what he told the ghostwriter of his book, Mark Zwonitzer.

'The only thing I can remember is I wanted to be clear to him that I didn't want what he just heard me say...I didn't want any of that mentioned, it was confidential,' said Biden during the interview.

DOJ Interview Transcript: Joe Biden Made Car Noises, Often Meandered Off-Topic

The transcript of Joe Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Bob Hur showed the president frequently wandered off topic, even making “car noises.”

The transcript, obtained by Breitbart News in advance of Hur’s testimony to the House Judiciary Committee, showed a prosecutor had asked Biden about his beloved Corvette, trying to pinpoint the timeline of when classified documents were moved to make room for the car in his home garage.

Attorney Marc Krickbuam asked Biden: “Do you remember whether it was when the Corvette was coming back after the Jay Leno show? So, in other words, it goes out for Jay Leno, eventually it comes back.” Biden responded, “Oh no, it was, it was in and out for a bunch of reasons,” before starting to chatter away.

“Because it drove me crazy; I wanted to drive it,” Biden continued. Krickbaum responded, “Got it. That makes sense. A beautiful car.” According to the transcript, Biden then proceeded to talk about his car, and make car noises.

“And the worst part was, they said I couldn’t drive it outside the driveway. It’s a long driveway. So I’d get to the bottom of the driveway, tack it up to about four grand (indiscernible) (makes car sound) (indiscernible) (laughter),” it quoted Biden.

Hur asid, “So now let’s talk about the Naval Observatory. So you’ve been living there for eight years. So at the end of your vice presidency, what kinds of papers or documents or files were at the Naval Observatory as you were preparing to leave and move out?”

Biden then launched into a long-winded story, where he talked about a waiting for bar exam results and working for a law firm in the meantime that was representing a young man.

“And this poor kid is down a hundred-foot vessel, chimney, scraping the hydrogen bubbles off of the inside. They were made to shut the plant down once every — whatever, about eight months or six months or a year, whatever it is. And he was wearing the wrong pants, wrong jeans, and he — a spark caught fire and got caught in the containment vessel and he lost part of his penis and one of his testicles and he was 23 years old,” Biden continued.

Biden also meandered off on a tangent when asked, “Did you bring classified material with you from the West Wing or the Naval Observatory to the lake house?”

Biden responded, but then veered off into a detailed description of his office and pictures before recalling a trip to Mongolia.

Special Counsel Robert Hur Confirms Joe Biden’s Classified Documents Were Found in 7 Places

Special Counsel Robert Hur on Tuesday confirmed President Joe Biden’s “willfully retained” classified documents were found in seven places throughout several locations.

During Rep. Kelly Armstrong’s (R-ND) line of questioning in Tuesday’s Judiciary Committee hearing, Hur confirmed that federal authorities located classified documents in seven locations.

“Mr. Hur, classified documents were found at the Penn Biden Center?” Armstrong asked.

“That’s correct,” Hur replied.

“They were found in President Biden’s garage?” he asked.

“In Wilmington, Delaware, yes,” Hur responded.

“And in his basement den?” the member asked.

“Also in the same home, yes,” Hur said.

“And his main floor office?” Armstrong asked.

“Correct,” Hur replied.

“And his third-floor den?” Armstrong asked.

“Correct,” Hur again said.

“At the University of Delaware?” the member asked.

“Correct,” Hur replied.

“And at the Biden Institute?” Armstrong asked finally.

“Correct,” he said.

"Former special counsel Robert Hur revealed in Capitol Hill testimony that Biden 'willfully' retained classified materials as a private citizen and gave them to Mark Zwonitzer - the ghost writer of his $8 million book - who later tried to destroy them."

Did we send in the SWAT team yet?

I caught this when his report came out. Blows up any claim by LG that Trump is worse on this issue. Biden cant calm ignorance or confusion. He freaking admitted to breaking the law

If he is overly guilty (as is Trump), he should be replaced on the ticket, (as should Trump).
