If Milton is the QB next week Tennessee will play different.

They will run more. Milton will probably run more as well. It will probably be a bit slower. I think they will take their chances once the running game opens things up. However Milton can really chuck it virtually anywhere.

Vandy beat Florida with 108 through the air.

Might not be pretty but it should be a win for Tennessee.

First, prayers for Hook, he’s been the nucleus to our success this year! Hope he can come back soon.
But, just in case, did you all see enough of Gunner Joe tonight under a pressure situation (not like the Mizzou game) to be ready to take the Ball and beat Vandy?
My observation:
-He appeared confident
-Knows the offense
-Can make some big plays
-Still over throws a bit too much ( but he saves us about 3 seconds an overthrow due to the high velocity of his throws)
-Other Comments????

color me not confident - somewhat knowing the offense and executing it at a high level ….

It's Milton's job to lose at this point. Either way there will likely be a drop in overall productivity with him, and I say that because Hooker has had a magical run. Anyway I expect a drop, how much I don't know. To compensate, the defense needs to take a big leap, whether that be coaching, personnel or both. Hard to overcome disastrous performances like this, regardless of opponent. D has to do way better.
