They had actually let us board first, then the pilot came and told us what was going on. It's a female pilot! And she's gorgeous @Souce

Well, they told us we have 2 choices. Stay here till tomorrow, or fly to Charlotte, and be stuck there for the night. Probably leave here tomorrow

I’d stay where you are. They may have trouble finding you a room when you finally drag into Charlotte. And forget about trying to rent a car.

We are, she's gonna help us in a few minutes with flights tomorrow. I was at the desk when "the good looking pilot " was standing there telling her they were gonna board, and that it'll be around 9 before they get to Charlotte now. Our flight to Atlanta leaves before then.

When my oldest was two and I was pregnant with the second, we visited my brother-in-law in Boston. We went out for dinner and had lobster. My son took one look when it arrived at the table (feelers, claws, and all) and promptly went under the table and stayed there.

Most peaceful meal I’ve ever had with young child(ren) present. 🦞
