This is the default response by Trumpkins when they respond to a post that they know is 100% accurate. It's very prevalent in this forum.
Their defensive mechanism goes into over-drive, we all know they're the ones with the hurt feelings - it's painfully obvious and very amusing.
What in your post was accurate?

Should he lose it because he's been critical of Captain Thinskin?

Dotard is simply being vindictive and It's a dangerous precedent.
Brennan called the President treasonous on television. Nobody should be allowed security clearance if they are going to get on tv and make statements like that.

I don't think being perceived as a nice guy should be a factor in deciding who is competent enough to hold security clearances.

I don’t think it should be either. I think it should come down to whether they need to have access to classified information in the current or future time frame. Since all of the people in question in addition to Brennan’s getting yanked today are likely to not be requested to aid the admin (that’s an understatement and you know it) they ALL should have their clearances as a minimum deactivated and in cases where it’s shown they’ve abused the classified material handling requirements (Comey, Clapper, Brennan, McCabe) they should be revoked.

More pettiness by the infant in the White House. He only sees people through a lens that either support him unconditionally vs. those that are critical of him. It's that black and white - there is no nuance with orange knucklehead. He continues to divide instead of unite. The funny thing is that Brennan will still be critical of him, he doesn't need Intel Briefings to articulate this disaster of an Administration.
Remember when the IRS targeted conservatives? I member....

Nope. All he needs is a microphone and a camera, and CNN is more than happy to provide both.

They're all political hacks.
Don’t disagree. However the problem here is Brennan was in an apolitical intelligence chief role.

I got no problem with a politician being a political hack. I expect it. I have huge problems with intelligence heads being political.

Was... in an apolitical role is right. Now, this is nothing but vindictive behavior by a thin-skinned president.

If you want to make the argument security clearances shouldn't be had after people leave the .gov then fine, but please stop pretending this is isn't what we all know it is.

I just heard you agree that this was politically motivated. I'm glad we could agree.
