what are you talking about, they never call him by his middle name. maybe you should listen to the show for a whole hour before talking out of your a$$. i mention his middle name 100x more than they do.

I don't think I've every heard O'Reilly use his middle name, at least not in a pejorative sense.

The same goes for Hannity. Don't know about Rush since my schedule isn't compatible with his.

Levin calls him Barack "Milhouse" Obama and does so out of deference to all the Obama apologists out there who listen to his show.

Mike Church consistently uses Hussein, as does Bill Cunningham. Neither of which are anywhere near as prominent as the other 4.

they only person i hear uses his middle name is ann coulter. she uses it in her columns. she loves pi$$ing off the libs. like her or not, she entertaining.
