Jimmie Johnson might have the fewest fans of any of the big stars in NASCAR, ever. Seriously, have you ever saw one? Our friend VOLatile even admits he is just a fan in passing.

That's pretty funny now that you mention it . . . No, I don't think I've ever heard of anybody being a big Jimmie Johnson fan.

You would think Jeff Gordon fans would gravitate towards him as well considering they're, well, the same person... but most of the #24 fans I've came in contact with could care less or just dislike him quite a bit.

Gordon is vanilla like Johnson, but Gordon has had so much success that it doesn't even matter if he speaks English or not . . . he's going to have fans. Plus, Gordon came along at a perfect time to be a natural foil to Dale Earnhardt.

I caught Johnson's show on XM the other night. (Don't ask me why.) I was surprised at how funny he actually was when he wasn't worried about saying the right thing or mentioning a sponsor.

Tidwell got it right... Johnson just happened to be the person I picked... but I picked him when he came on in 2002. I loathe Jeff Gordon though... I don't know why Johnson has so few fans... and I don't know why Jr has so many... well, I have a clue and it's not because he can race.

Frankly, I couldn't give a crap about NASCAR, it gets boring after 36 races...

Dale Jr. doesn't get wrecked at Talledega and he wins the Chase.

:censored: Jimmie Johnson :finger3:
If you really think about it....Dale Jr. really blew it for himself this year.....Comes out of Talladega with a win, and this year was his.....He screwed up at Martinsville....Spun out trying to get around Kahne.....Screwed himself out of a top 5 finish.....Then he turns around and leads most of the day at Atlanta, Texas. and even Homestead....He blew a lot of chances

Well yeah, it does get boring after there aren't anymore. :)

I'll leave the comment about Jr. not being able to race alone for now.

I know JV.You hate his guts!:)
That's putting it lightly dude.....I'm with Jenn on this one, Gordon SUCKS and is washed up....Sorry bud, I know that's your driver but I think Jeffy is getting old and not going to be able to compete before too long, and when that happens there will be a lot of happy people

...and apparently JJ celebrated his championship by breaking his wrist in a golf cart accident.

How old is JG? 35? Isn't he only a couple of years older than Jr?

That's what I thought. JG isn't really that old, it's just that he started so young. At the same time, Jr isn't as young as some people think.
