Dooley sucks. Nothing he has ever done says otherwise. Argue with that. He was "up" for every game we've played. He can't convey that to the players. Time for him to go.

Universities dont put up the Jack to land the Coaches, the Alums do. UT Alums have the money, have never wanted to spend it.

It is not the Haslams responsibility to have UT on the Pilot Oil Payroll. Their donations over the years have been very generous, I don't get how some fans would even question their loyality or suggest that they should do it because they love UT and have the funds to do so.

What about the Oakland team he built that he beat for the title? If Dungy gets credit for building the Bucs for Gruden to win with then he gets the credit for the Raiders. I hope I never hear the word "process" spoken by another UT coach ever. If he can take Dooley's veterans and win, he would be doing that which Dooley has been uncapable of doing.

yeah, really. They let the Fulmer thread last for 20k in post, pro and con about Phil, but this one gets shut down over a couple of days. It would seem that whether one likes Gruden or not at least its about making our program better in the future not about arguing over the past. Doesnt make sense

Yeah, lets talk about a coach thats not our's 4 games in the season!! That sure won't set our program back any by potiental recruits noticing these things. If Dooley is fired at the end of the season, THEN START THIS THREAD. Til then, ya know. Go Dools. Go vols.

I agree it's better to have these nega's in one place where we can keep an eye on them and ignore their thread, rather than have them spread out all over the place spewing their negavibes at anything that moves.

No, you're right. Failing to beat a ranked team or any of our major conference rivals.....or for that matter improving at all by your third season, is mediocrity.

Supporting the TEAM is what we are all doing. We happen to believe they deserve better out of their experience here.
