after dinner tonight i have gone from 50-50 to 80%+. Holy **** this is happening as long as nothing happens. The pieces seem to be aligned for it to actually happen. There are over a dozen boosters willing to cover all buyouts necessary to get him here. If money is no object, what else is there.

One friend said about gruden " i am tired of hearing he can't do the college level, a leader is a leader and if you put gruden in the living room of a 5 star athlete they are gonna listen!" this is a friend that is among the buyout group. They know he can get the most talented coordinators and be the motivational leader and figure head the hc is supposed to be.

My excitement level in terms of gruden just hit an all time high!

but there is other stuff out there. He talks about it in the real sports interview and is open to the idea of coaching college or pro. In the video when he was in knoxville he is asked about how his name has come up for jobs and he said he doesn't consider himself an nfl guy only. "a coach can coach , be it college or pro. I coached my kids high school team last year."
