I think its funny how people say that "if Meyer kicked him off, it must have been pretty bad." Does this guy only coach perfect little angels or something? Guys had a roster over his tenure with 30 arrests to 27 different players. I know we've been bad the past couple of years including basketball, but c'mon man.

Not surprised, and I doubt we go after him.

I think people meant the opposite. In other words, if a scum like Meyer kicks you off the team then you know you've done something pretty bad.

kid failed three drug test and stop going to class once he got the info about the last failure.....he and Meyer we already having issues about missing class earlier in the season then the second failed test result came back..he was suspended for the Bama and LSU games( 2 games per NCAA)...Meyer can't comment because of student information privacy thing.

It was a famous cleat chaser that has hung around Gator players for years.

I'm not condoning Rainey's actions at all though.

I don't condone Rainey's actions, but I also don't condone 35 year-old women chasing after 20 year-old men.

However when I was 35, I did chase after 20 year-old women. That's totally different. :yes:

TIFWIW ... Dowling is headed to WKU. Willie Taggart is quietly directing talent to Bowling Green. Last year 0-12 ... This year 2-10. I personally expect WKU to go bowling as early as 2012.

He committed to WKU. They have 5 players from JD's area and two of the coaches are from his HS...wish the kid the best.

not sure why he didn't head to USF with his boy T Rex....could have made the NFL with his ball hawking style...JD and Floyd were the guys I wanted the most last yr.
