Looks like we are loading up to make a run at a NC in a couple of years. Lets Go Lady Vols!!

You need three/four good guards if you want to have a good team. This was a failing of PS's last several years--poor guarding recruiting. We didn't even have a PG to run the team for two years--had a small forward playing PG! PS & Co. also recruited a string of shooting guards--I won't name them--who were good shooters but slow and unathletic: couldn't create, couldn't beat anyone off the dribble; couldn't play defense. This was a problem for a few years--the team was too slow. It looks like the staff is now putting a premium on athleticism--and we are running more, which is good.

Tyler Scaife and Kendall Cooper are the only 2 we are recruiting that haven't committed yet, I believe. I would be shocked if we got Cooper. She's a West Coast girl and most people believe she's going to stay out there. Tyler Scaife is a Southern girl but she's thought to be a Rutgers lean. I think we still have a pretty good shot at her but I'd be surprised if she didn't end up a Scarlet Knight.

I realize that highlight reels can be deceiving, but I liked her coach's comments in the first reel. Could explain why people are saying that she is better than her #42 ranking at ESPN Hoopgurlz.
