Josh McDaniels fined and fired

I've watched this moron single-handedly destroy my favorite team in unbelievable ways. The day can't come soon enough when he is kicked to the curb and a once proud franchise can move on and try to pick up the pieces left behind.

I've always had a soft spot for the Broncos, I feel bad for y'all. I don't know if I've ever despised a coach in the NFL as much as McDaniels. The guy is a punk, I wouldn't feel a shred of remorse if he were to get hit by a bus tomorrow.

Bettis on a out of retirement pitch out to the sideline.

Apparently it was the video coordinator and McDaniels denies watching the tape.

Josh McDaniels is a joke. The Broncos will be the Lions/Bengals of the NFL in a year or two if this clown isn't fired ASAP. Pat Bowlen is apparently suffering from dementia or he's purposely trying to destroy the team. Those are the only two explanations I can think of.

From what I here about Bowlen, he may be more worried about damaging his name than the franchise. I don't think his pride wants to fire McDaniels because that means he made a bad decision and letting him go would confirm the mistake. I want Denver to win of course, but the only good thing with all the losses is that with every loss the cries for McDaniel's head will get louder and louder.

I wanted the Broncos to keep Dan Reeves. They did not. I was a huge Shanahan fan, fired him to. Hopefully at the end of the season (or sooner) we will see if the Broncos leadership is interested in competing in the NFL. If Josh McDaniels is allowed to coach a single game past this year, it is obvious they have no desire to win. Surely the taping thing could get them out of paying the remainder of his contract. Most contracts have a personal conduct clause.

Yeah, I'm a Shanahan fan too and I was shocked when they let him go. And I think the Broncos organization does want to compete, because the firing of Shanahan after going 8-8 in 2008 told me they wasn't going to settle for mediocrity. But at this point, mediocre would look pretty good.
