JP to the bench?

I think it has more to do with him not attempting as many shots as last yr which is kind of the way T Smith has been playing. Prince is shooting 57% from the field and has a 3:1 assist/TO ratio.

I think it says alot about him as a player that he has been unselfish and not forcing shots just so his stats would look better.

Good post.

Regardless of who starts, Tatum and Prince will get roughly the same number of minutes per game. (about 25)

Really, would anybody give a rat's ass about PJ if it wasn't for the Memphis game?

HAHAHAH...its one thing when Tyler says that and he score 13 points. JP SCORED 2! For all JP has done he as done plenty bad. Good message to send to the team. Tatum, you worked hard all off season and out clearly the better player, but you can't start because Scotty is making the offense look good against crap teams.

Wait till the Purdue game when JP starts turning the ball over.

JP cost us the SEC tournament championship last year. I've never liked this guy. He's awful. And he's SO lazy that he sandbags off UT turnovers so much that when we get a quick turnover on the other end JP is standing all alone by our basket and will get an outlet pass and easy layup for being lazy about once every game. Just watch.
