"It's real simple, he's guy of his size that moves like a guy with much smaller size. Those guys are rare. I think people look at him and notice that he's a massive dude, but his footwork is that of a guy 40-pounds lighter. He moves incredibly well and for how big he is.

"He's a lot like Chad Mavety. They're almost like identical players. Blair is a little taller, but they're almost the same.

"You need a guy like that if you're Tennessee. You're not going to get very far in the SEC if you're playing all freshman and sophomore offensive linemen. You need a junior college guy to replace all of those bodies and if you get a guy with a body like Blair, who already looks like a college senior, that's great and you should be able to plug him and expect him to play right away."
