You seem to have a big problem with older folks (or maybe you're also old and are trying to make the youngsters like you) but you need to understand you will get old someday, if you're lucky.

Ill gladly pull for a team with enough balls to jump a shark. Its better than the complacency(sp) that led us to the bottom of the SEC.

I am an old(er) guy and I like the grey (gray). The problem I had was the team prancing around on a fashion stage instead of on the field. This aint "barbie fashion secret".

Last time I checked teams don't practice all day. I'm sure none of the uniform stuff took away from their regularly scheduled practices

Coach Jones said his phone was ringing off the hook because of the new unis. Combine that with the facilities, fans, stadium, tradition and potential for playing time, UT is pretty damn appealing to these kids. More so than it's been for many years. You don't have to buy the grey uniform, but if the players love them, then we should at least go with it.

I'm pretty sure we've been in the shark tank the past 5 years. It's impossible for us to jump a shark at this point.

2 things......

1. Stupid thread. Jumping the Shark refers to "the beginning of the end" of something as it was intended when John Hein started the saying.

2. Did Oregons program rise or fall when they started different uniform options? Corrently ranked 3rd in the polls

Aww look. Somebody else mad that their orange and white overalls won't be a perfect match with the unis for one or two games a year.
