I guess i'm one of the rednecks that he's pissing off . It's not for the reason everyone might think though . I dont like seeing anyone win all the time . When Gordon did it , I didn't like it . I did like the fact he was in a chevy though . When the bulls or Lakers did it I didnt like it , the Pariots , ect.. When one person or team wins I think alot of people get disinterested , I know I do. If I had a true favorite , I guess it would be Jr. , but in all honesty if he was winning all the time that would get old pretty fast too. I like Chevys and Kyle isn't in a chevy and when he was , he wasn't anything like he is now. There is no doubt that this self centered moron is talented but I think at this point he just has more to prove than anyone else on the track . Plus I think Toyata is ahead of the other makes of cars for some reason . When you add this up ,a talented driver who think he's been done wrong ( and may be right ) and the best equipment on the track , well folks , you have a winner . What I really find amusing about Kyles fans is most of them had favorite drivers that couldn't win , so when he started winning they just jumped on the KB bandwagon.

It's awful easy to pull for a winner , but really hard for some fans to be loyal to their guy when he's not doing so well.

but the difference in this year, as opposed to the previous years when guys ran away with wins, is the Chase. granted, if it started right now, Kyle would have a 70 point head start. however, everybody will get their shot at him if they're in the top 12.

last year, Gordon led the points all year, only to lose to JJ in the Chase. it can happen.

A busch series driver Travis Kittlelson uses MC lovin on myspace. We told him about VN a month ago so my girl and I sat around today a debated if it might be you. I thought, he is leading in VN points.

How's Travis doing? I know you mentioned last year you know him. It was great to see him at Milwaukee a couple weeks back. Does he have any plans on further busch races

I am the same way re anyone winning too much, I was a fan of several drivers when they started, but grew lukewarm when they started dominating - Petty, Yarborough, Waltrip, Earnhardt, J. Johnson and probably someone I am forgetting.

None of our family is a fan of his, but I wouldn't be surprised that he breaks the record of wins in the Sprint Series.

I am becoming a big fan more and more. Even the sun glasses don't bother me anynore.A lot does have to do with Gibbs though.
I would SO be hating him if he was still in the 5 car.

I don't have a problem with Kyle Busch winning, that's the object of the race so why blame him or dislike him for doing his job? I am a Gordon and Johnson fan so I have heard all this stuff that Kyle is going through about them. Now, I don't like how he taunts the fans with the peace signs, the bow and some of his comments but that's just Kyle Busch I guess. It will still be hard for Kyle to win 13 races this year in my opinion. In most years he would be on a roll and it might be easier but since this is the first full year of the COT there is more of a chance that other cars come on strong at the end of the season as they figure it out and return to tracks.

Can we just rename this thread, Who wants to jump on the Kyle Busch Bandwagon? How many of his fans were fans of his last year after Hendrick cut him? I am sure there aren't too many.

I don't like him, but I admit he does have talent. He is a punk. Born a Punk and always will be a Punk. That being said it does make the races more entertaining to have a bad guy. He plays the Villain perfectly. He might have a career in WWE if he chooses to pursue it. The fans are going to be pissed off at anybody who drives as agressively (dirty IMO) as he does and is involved in as many accidents as he is. He hasn't been involved in near as many accidents this year as in the past few years. But once was enough for me this year. :)

i didn't know there was now a new rule in NASCAR fandom that said you can only pull for one driver now and can't even like anybody else in the slightest.

I really don't see the bandwagon thing. People have specific reasons for liking him besides victory lane. At this point, don't most people dislike him anyway?

It seems that anyone that dislikes Dale Jr. and/or Hendrick Motorsports is pulling for Kyle Busch.

i read this today and i think it sums of what a lot people are saying.

Isn't it ironic that the slimy Chicagoland infield is about the only thing that's been able to stop Kyle Busch lately? And even more appropriately, that his crew hustled to the rescue and enabled maybe the coolest post-race theatrics in recent history to unfold.
While we're on the subject of Busch -- did anyone else find it absolutely intriguing that he raced for laps, side-by-side with Matt Kenseth early in the race, like a dog with Carl Edwards later and twice in the last 20 laps -- including with the race on the line -- with Jimmie Johnson?
And he never touched any of them? If that doesn't make you appreciate Kyle Busch's talent -- you're just too full of hate to comprehend.
