Kamal Hadden done for the year

The good news is we only face one true passing threat at QB for the rest of the season, and that's Cook at Mizzou.

But Cook can sling it. This loss is going to hurt for that game.

Edit: Make that 2.... didn't realize Carson Beck's stats were so good. Ouch.

Yeah, before criticizing him, look at his stats. He’s been the absolute definition of “lockdown” sure he runs his mouth, gets a bad penalty here and there, but as far as playing CB, he’s the best on our team and one of the best in the country

You're an idiot.
You're very mature.

The kid has had his ups and downs here. That's just a fact. I can bump the 2nd half of the South Carolina game thread from last year and show you that most posters wanted his butt kicked off the team. I'm not wrong about that.

Most importantly, I hope he has a speedy recovery.

So, you want to bump the 2nd half of a game from almost an entire year ago, 10 games ago in fact, as evidence that he isn’t any good? He’s made huge improvements since last November.

You’re letting your feelings cloud your judgement. I’m not sure there is a logical argument to be made that replacing our most experienced and highest graded defensive back with an inexperienced player and young player isn’t a “big” deal. On no planet will one of our backups come in and be as good as Hadden immediately.

Last year has nothing to do with this year.

I didn't say that he wasn't any good. In fact, I said that he was playing better. You're being very sensitive.

Probably that shoulder bump tackle attempt I am guessing. Can he come back for a covid year if he wishes?

Jeudy-Lally takes that spot right?
I would assume so. None of the youngsters are listed on the depth chart so my guess is that they're all going to redshirt. Having said that I think the rules allow for up to 4 games and still get a redshirt? Someone correct me if I'm wrong. If that's the case, we might get a chance to see some of those young guns at corner in these last 4 games.
