2 sacks on 1024 snaps? That's an incredible stat.Visiting this weekend (Fri&Sat) and will be on commitment watch if all goes well.
Ar'maj Reed-Adams, Texas A&M Aggies, Offensive Line
Played at Mesquite (Texas) Horn prior to his senior season.247sports.com
His stats and experience at Kansas are impressive. He would be fighting for LG spot but versatile to play T with potential Injury shuffles in season.
Has played 1,024 snaps in 3 years at Kansas
LT - 4
LG - 458
RG - 419
RT - 138
Has given up 2 sacks, 2 hits, 20 hurries, & 24 pressures on those 1,024 snaps.
Let’s close this one by Sunday!!

True, but even with the others we've gotten, it's always been the OL that was the biggest need. Some might not have heard, but there's this Nico guy we need to protect. Our OL has been a concern for a while now. Then you throw in injuries and you're playing guys who don't belong on an SEC football field. I'll be thrilled to get 2 or the 3 names listed....but of course. He's about the 100th "must have" for the 2024 recruiting/portal class.
Honestly, I don't think it's a coincidence that both those guys are coming the same weekend. Signals to me that these are the top 2 choices and that they plan on pairing them. My aim would be to build a bond between those 2 and get it in their heads that they'd be great playing alongside one another. Now I say that with only 1 cup of coffee this morning so my mind...feeble as it is...is still in neutral. Not a bad thing since the rest of my body is still in park. That’s my understanding. Not that I personally know anything, but based on things posted by others in their threads
I love story if backup players, and you need swiss army knives. But you cant expect to climb the mountain top with SAK! We need a machete. Or, a kbar.Kind of need blockers for the offense to operate efficiently. They played hard, but Dayne Davis and Ollie Lane are not the type of players we need on the OL for an entire season.
