Played the worst South Carolina team in years (one that may not win many more games this year and made Vandy's offense look decent), UTMartin, Candy, Ohio and Florida. Don't get ahead of yourselves about UK. Everybody saying they scored 30 on UF and that we only get 9 so UK must be better than us. Forgetting that UK gave up 36 to the UF offense that got 10 points and 232 total yards on us. If we play their schedule and they play ours, the records are reversed. Heck, we've played a much tougher schedule and if we make one play in each of the last two weeks, it's UT that's 4-1 overall, 2-0 in the east

If Stoops keeps bringing in top 25 recruiting classes every year, UK will have a scary roster as well. Especially if they add 5 star Damien Harris which is looking more and more likely as bad as I'd hate to say it.

Where did I say it was a definite win? Geniuses all around. Do you think that South Carolina is not a winnable game? That team is falling apart and if you watched them play Vandy and UK, you'd know that.

Joker left the program in way worse shape than Dooley and UT has had 2 higher ranked recruiting classes. Given that, the fact these teams seem pretty equal is a win for Stoops IMO.

6 games in I'd give it to Stoops by a hair. Now I'd say Jones and not really close. Give Stoops some credit though, this UK team lost to freaking WKU last year.

There is a ceiling at UK. Hard to get a real good coach to come or stay. Just the reality of it. I hope you guys use the bye week well and close the year with a win over Bobby asshat. :hi:

I don't think there is really a cieling for the team per se, but yes, maybe for the coach. It definitely helps to have a weak sec east, where UF, USCjr, UGA, and UT aren't the usual forces they are. I think UK can become a top 4 sec east, which for where they were would be impressive. Change won't happen in a few years, it takes a long time to establish tradition, which is what a lot of SEC teams have.

Anybody can win 10 games with the right talent and a favorable schedule, UT is in no position to criticize any other program at the moment. Leave that to the Bammers imo
