I think they both have holes in their story. She doesn't have anyone that was there to verify that has been interviewed (but also two other women came forward whether you believe or not) Witnesses have come forward and said he played down his drinking, and I don't doubt he doesn't remember everything he did back then(or doesn't want to remember) The safe thing to do would be to nominate another conservative..

For a very important job interview, you have to go with your gut. For example, if I'm hiring someone to take care of my kids and three people came forward with assault/harrassment stories , I would have to give these ladies the benefit of the doubt, just to be safe. Now, a criminal trial would have to have more evidence, obviously.

IF it is found that the Democratic party did this huge conspiracy to smear an innocent man, (because Clinton Starr investigation and Trump winning, as Kavanaugh claims) then charges should be brought.

With all due respect, you are welcome to believe whatever you like. And with all due respect, I'm not interested in what you find hard to believe. I didn't ask you about your beliefs. I asked you about your claims. You said:

I asked you to link to the proof that she told her therapist, as opposed to more unsupported assertions and testimony. You seem to want to deal in feelings and opinions. I'm asking you to refer to facts.

So what we should do now in politics is anytime stories come forward from people with or without proof we should nominate someone else until we find someone that people stop coming forward with stories on ? Think about that . Who do you think we could ever have as president ?

It really depends on if it is in the therapist notes in 2012 (which I believe the Washington post had?? Am I wrong?) Does she constantly make up stories? That is obvious questions the FBI should ask.

Why would anybody put themselves through this unless they truly believe it happened? She had death threats, had to move, etc.

If she conspired with the Democrats, then they are in a world of crap. I would say that they had more to lose than gain, considering that Republicans have the majority anyway...

Yeah because woman haven't falsely accused men of sexual assault before. Its like it would never happen.
