K is on the bench. He is certainly qualified for the position in terms of academics and experience. Some do not think he is "morally" qualified, but I am not in a position to conclude that. There simply was insufficient evidence to conclude, one way or the other, what occurred.
The sting of losing the battle has quickly faded for the left. What I think still has them motivated, however, is how much of a jerk Trump and some of his minions have been about it. K, himself, suggesting it was orchestrated revenge for the Clintons from long ago. Trump saying it was a Dem-created hoax.
You know, for the last several weeks all we have heard from the GOP is "no proof, no proof"! And yet here we are after the fact, with the GOP making outrageous claims that it was fabricated by the Dems..... with no proof.
The political discourse in this country just sinks further and further into the sewer every time Trump opens his mouth. I don't know why some of you resist that obvious fact.
