My heart breaks for him, but this guy will be a winner and a leader, and will set an example wherever life takes him. If he doesn't continue with his playing career, my hope is that he will be part of this program in the future. You can't have enough great people.

I loved watching this guy play LB for the Vols. I said it before, but from a personnel standpoint, KP along with Jermod McCoy are the 2 biggest reasons for the Vols vast improvement on Defense this year so far.

Wishing him the best.

Is he looking up at the crowd, or looking for divine guidance in this cool pic?

Life isn't always fair. He was dealt a bad hand, but he seems like a great young man. I think most of us see him as the kind of person who will rise above it and come out stronger. Even though his time here was short, he will always be remembered as a great VFL.

A great representative for the university and VFL status! Congratulations for the baby on the way. One of the best linebackers that I've seen at that position for the Vols and believe me, I've seen quite a few over the past 55 years as a fan. Your faith and belief in God's Plan will carry you far in life ..... but stay close to the Vol program if possible. Live your dream and thank you for being a
Volunteer !

I’m glad that Pili got his turn to show Vol Nation what he could do. It ended too soon, but he got to be a part of one of our best defenses and that will always be so.
