Check Chesney's concert schedule. He has two May concerts in Alabama before he plays again in Tennessee. Wonder if his people change his wiki picture according to the schedule?

Or maybe his popularity has risen and waned parallel to Tennessee football's success. Everybody wants to look like a winner in the image business.

I live in St Thomas, USVI. Hurricanes Irma and Maria destroyed both the US and British Virgin islands, including Kenny's home on St John. It's hard to describe what 200mph winds can do to trees, homes, and lives. Kenny donated an incredible amount of time, effort, and money to help locals rebuild and restart. On Jost Van Dyke, he built a dock and had people shuttle supplies to isolated locals on the island, all at his own expense and all while the British government were effectively ignoring them. Local BVI folks call him "Uncle Kenny". He also created a record called "Songs for the Saints" that brought attention to the devastation -- with 100% of album sales going to the recovery.

Whether you like his music or not, rest assured his heart is in the right place and he stepped up when it mattered most. There are plenty of millionaires and billionaires with land in the VI who stayed in the weeds.

Kenny has my eternal respect and gratitude, no matter what shirt he wears.

EXACTLY this...Chesney is a product of the BIG promotion machine of Nashville of the early 2000s.
Through these shameless self promotions and massive stadium tours with under acts that people actually want to see he has stayed somewhat relevant.
I mean honestly name me two songs he has put out in the last decade that don't sound alike...
