Hate to see Matt leave, but where ever he ends up will be good for that team. He is a good driver.:eek:k:

Until Denny Hamlin leaves. Or Ryan Newman. Or many other things that have yet to happen.

Glad to see Ricky get his shot in Cup. I remember when he was struggling so bad and wrecking every week in Nationwide and I thought "Roush needs to get rid of this kid, he sucks." Glad I was wrong. Good for Stenhouse, and best of luck to Kenseth wherever he goes.

I honestly thought he'd get that ride even with his baggage. There aren't too many options at this point right now. I don't see RCR expanding nor do I see them letting go Burton. I've heard some rumors about him taking the #1 car but that team just sucks. MWR I don't think will be expanding, he won't go back to Penske, what other top notch team is there? With the way Tony has been talking him up lately maybe he replaces Newman if SHR doesn't re-sign him? I guess he better hope and pray Smoke wants him or he'll have to be happy driving for Finch again.

I hate Stenhouse, his personality just puts me off. I hope he wrecks every race.

I've been wondering this as well. I def don't see a long term deal wherever he goes. Part of me sais sign him up adn the other half says hell no.

The way he wheeled a broken, underfunded, Finch car to a third place finish; after having chance at a win tells me I would sign him no questions asked.

Like? The only option for Kurt Busch is for Ryan Newman to leave SHR. Even then, will Kurt want to play third wheel to Tony and Danica? No.

there's plenty rides still out there (or will be out there) that he could make much better with his talent. the problem is that Trevor refuses to believe he's a good driver despite the fact he has a Cup and Kevin Harvick doesn't.

Hamlin has a contract that likely expires this year or next year. Nobody really knows since it's a huge secret at JGR.

This whole situation sucks! I hate change. I expected Matt to retire with Jack.
I picked Matt way back when because he was a ford driver, Roush Racing was the very first messageboard I ever went to.

I will not be putting a Toyota in my garage although the orange and white of Home Depot I think I could get on board with...:rock:

I don't like Kyle but I can deal with him. Denny I really can't stand. The Gibbs family is class all the way.

I am nervous but looking forward to the future...Matt fan for life! :clapping:

Denny Hamlin announced today that he and JGR are close to an extension. A formal announcement should be made within the next week. Nice try, Doozer.

That would be a bad deal to get into it. The status of both EGR drivers are now up in the air. A lot of uncertainty is going with that company right now.

I wouldn't want to work for a team capable of winning at Daytona or the Brickyard either. Sometimes it's not the arrow, it's the Indian.
