You have one program whose stadium is named after a grocery store and the other a credit union. Lol at announcers trying to make this sound like a great rivalry. Maybe in basketball

Doesn’t say much for the ACC does it?
For Louisville - perhaps the most on the outside of the top 10 1-loss teams in the CFP race (and honestly needed an almost catastrophe)? Correct.

For the conference as a whole though?…Not entirely sure

It's also a big rivalry game. It's similar to what happened to Tennessee with Florida this year. I will say if Kentucky holds on, the ACC championship game could be meaningless if Washington wins tonight.
Is this UK's biggest win since they beat Louisville in 2016 with Lamar Jackson?
Maybe defeating No.12 Penn St in the 2019 Citrus Bowl?
They've beaten UT and UF since then, but neither team was good those seasons.

Time for the Stoops is a great coaching candidate narrative. A little later than usual.

Yeah, you're right. This would be their biggest win in a few years. Stoops will likely be back in the coaching candidate talks again for sure. Like clockwork

Not sure how it could be their biggest win in 7 years. They have won 5 straight in the series now.

Okay... But to say they are somehow the best win in 7 years for Kentucky as they were on a 4 game winning streak in the series entering today is a bit absurd.....
How many other Top 10 wins have the kitties had in the last 7 years?
