A few games ago he came up limping after a hard landing, and I've noticed that he's been babying that knee. So he probably had some damage going on already.

I sprained my ACL and couldn't play for 2 weeks and that was bad enough. Can't imagine tearing it I wish Noel the best. Great player

You could hear him on TV screaming in pain. Like full on yelling. Never heard that before.

it can be pretty painful and frustrating because you know instantly what happened. Sucks for the kid but he'll get good rehab and be back

the NCAA should be ashamed for costing him money though

yeah, the nba and player's union don't have any sort of collective bargaining agreement or anything.

i'm sure the ncaa told david stern what the nba had better do and stern was scared of the all powerful ncaa

I think Stern likes using the NCAA as a developmental league that doesn't cost him anything.

Can't really blame anything other than Noel himself. He just didn't have the time to stop after the fast break (where he did get the block). You could tell it was bad, the screaming was the loudest I'd ever heard during a bball game.

Heck of a block. Pure hustle play. He left college ball with one of those great plays.
