Did you watch UT play last year? The free throw shooting was horrendous. Outside of a couple of guys, they weren't that good the year before either. Hopson airballed FTs on more than one occasion last year and only shot like 63% from the line. Smith is a decent FT shooter.

calipari is a horrible coach...they won't be ranked high for long. now he's in a real conference, his coaching will show just how bad of a coach he really is. i think this game is showing it.

the main difference between bruces scheme and caliparis scheme is that bruces scheme involves way more screens and backcuts. the DDM is basically point guard driving with one post and three wings, point drives looks for lay or pass to post, if thats not there it kicks out to one of the wings to start the process over again, this is streetball with a fancy name.
