There are those who would loudly defend O'Neill's coaching ability on this board, which I don't understand. He has had no success wherever he has been and his personality is such that he can't keep a job very long. It just befuddles me that the same people that scream "you are what your record says you are" till they're red in the face are the same ones who insult anyone that says O'Neill is not a good coach.
