I hate when people do this. Coming from a neutral standpoint... Your post is actually more annoying than the OP's.

See, this was exactly the story I brought up that I KNEW about when it happened......actually posted it on VN and got scoffed at. I have the details and much much more. Strange how it takes years to come out....
There's so much more to the story. If I could find the other post about it from last year I would link it.
Obviously it's not a neutral standpoint or it wouldn't annoy you. It's a legitimate question. Why would anyone care about something irrelevant that happened a year ago? What satisfaction does it give you?
some possible reasons:
It's a local story by a local news station
It's about our former coach, his smoking wife, and their dark yet short past at my university
It involves the head coach of another university therefore its in the around the ncaa forum
It shows what money can do for you in knoxville
It involves a reputable dealership in knoxville
Everyone enjoys hearing gossip?
Serious question:
Who cares and why?
Toyota worker sues over firing: Kiffin accident at center of lawsuit Knoxville News Sentinel
Boling, who worked as a paint specialist for 19 years with Toyota of Knoxville and Lexus of Knoxville, later acquired the damaged vehicle.
Boling said he repaired the vehicle for 15 percent of what the defendants billed and were paid by State Farm.
According to the lawsuit, Doug White fired Boling on Dec. 28, 2009, for making a false warranty claim on the Lexus for a damaged headlamp, but the Tennessee Department of Employment Security found Boling was fired without cause.
