We should wrap every player in bubble wrap until the start of the season. Its our only hope at this point.

"Indefinitely" just means they don't know.

But the fact that they're already writing him off for GT does NOT sound good.

To me, indefinitely means waiting on a 2nd opinion. Second opinions never seem to turn out well. Still gotta show up in 9 days and wtfa...

Ugggghhhhhh. Either Butch needs to stop recruiting players made of glass or we need to change up how we're practicing because I refuse to believe that the amount of injuries we've had these past 3 seasons is just a coincidence

Some of you guys are going a little far at this point imo. It's one injury. I can't think of a single team that hasn't had an injury. Blaming Butch or questioning the program because of this seems a little premature.

Sooo. Basically the usual?

I wish him nothing but the absolute best, but at the same time, it's not like he's played a lot over the past year. Hopefully we can get Will Ignont to step up for us this season to fill that role.

DKjr just cannot stay healthy. It still boggles my mind. Jumper and McDowell shouldn't be more durable than DKjr. That makes no sense.

Please be Bituli or Ignont. We will struggle against GT with Jumper..

Jumper is probably our most disciplined LB, not as athletically gifted as Bituli and Ignot but discipline is what is needed against the wishbone....we will see Jumper start.

I wouldn't question him because of the injuries at this point. They've been fairly low. Hall may or may not have started. Smith is out for a few weeks. This is probably pretty normal though it is troubling to have another non-contact, soft tissue injury. Those were kind of epidemic in '14 and '15.

What some of us question is why other coaches seem to do better overcoming injuries.

I wonder if it was the opposite leg he hurt last year. Might have been caused by over compensating for the ankle injury
