I'm no scout, just seems like he would fit SS more naturally. Length isn't the same as some of the others which I think would be more needed at FS. He would still be playing closer to the LOS, Star doesn't necessarily need to be a big guy. They will help in run support a lot, but they will also cover likely the shiftiest WR in the slot. Luttrell would line up in run support and shading TE's I would guess as a hard hitter. Once again just theorizing.



Very well could add him too. I feel like he and Luttrell could be a bit redundant though.



I agree, I'd like 6 but we will be hard pressed with needs at other spots. Spillman could also be an option.

I think it's possible we only take 1 RB, but I think we are definitely taking 2 DL/LB/Edge types. So 6 could still work out. Still have some transfer portal spots that could shake those numbers up as well. Otherwise, I completely agree those look like likely numbers.

If we land Cameron Seldon then we can sign just 1 RB, because he is dual purpose (RB,WR).

IMO, UT could still move Holiday or more likely Miller to RB if they have need. By August, they'll have 5 scholarship RB's. I'm not sure what the target is.

Agreed. The way names keep popping up, I think they might even take 3 edge guys if they can get them. That’s why I put the DL/LB spot there.

Also think RB could be one of these deals where they take best available regardless of position. If they can get any two of Cobb, Webb, Rojas, or Seldon, you know they’d take them, especially since Rojas could choose LB and Seldon could choose WR.

Seldon would be used as both. They had a kid at UCF that they used in that manner.
