Well that made my night. Time for bed.

BTW, did anyone notice the UCONN Huskies storming the court after beating Texas the other night. Talk about not acting like you have been there before. I was pretty surprised.

I don't really have an issue with SC storming the court. It's not like they are a perennial team or something.

After the UGA loss a genius here declared the SEC East race over.

So we can now crown Vandy champions and everyone can go home.

Make no mistake...UK has the most talent of any team in the SEC for sure. But that hardly means that there isn't even a race. If we can take care of business at home and steal a few on the road, we will be right in the thick of things.

I was kind of split here... I can't stand Calipari and I love to see him lose. But how great would it be for Tennessee to beat 2 different #1 ranked teams in the same year???

that would be great from a seeding perspective. But I would rather get a conference championship thatn a sweet 16 run. Now if the seed gets us to the ELITE 8 i say ill tke the KY unbeaten #1

I live in Lexington so I was absolutely thrilled to see them go down. I'm sick of all the facebook statuses, news stories, and memorabilia telling me that UK was #1 in late January. They actually had shirts for sale the day after Texas lost that said "UK #1 The Cats are Back" BEFORE they even played Arkansas that week (I know they're terrible, but still).

Would have been cool if UT beat two #1's...but I'm glad they lost. The SEC isn't as bad as advertised, South Carolina isn't bad either, (Downey is INSANE!) and I have been worried bout playin them for a while. Kentucky is ridiculously talented, but they have weaknesses (blocking out and defending off screens), and UT will grow from their beatdown in Athens..This is gonna be a good finish to ATL in SEC..GBO!

It's crazy that UK went down at the hands of SC, seems that being #1 this season = loss.

On a sidenote I bet Kansas is thrilled to slide back into the #1 rank.

Believe me I am glad that they lost but to say Downey was the greatest please take a gander at how many times he shot the ball to get to 30 points...30 times...If hopson took 30 shots and scored 30 please remember you all would be yelling that he took 30 shots...No different here...Again I am glad that they lost but 30 points in 30 shots does not make you the greatest...Just my 2 cents (he will probably score more than that on us)

Im happy they won. But that Cock noise is annoying... I'm glad we didn't storm the court like that

How in the world could anyone have stormed the court after the Kansas game, they had it boarded up and surrounded like a friggin jail :mf_surrender:

Devan Downey should be SEC and national player of the year. He is the best player I have seen this year.

The only way for us (USC) to even be competitive is to give the ball to Downey and let him do his thing, which means letting him shoot alot. Without him, we would be awful.
