I think we have the athletes to beat both of them. If we don't it will be another crappy end to another crappy season.

Vandy has lost some statistical battles but won those games. The scary thing about Vandy is that they believe they can win, and have been doing so. We got to believe we can win and dominate the line of scrimmage.

James Franklin is without doubt a loud mouth pos. Having said that I am very concerned with this game. One thing is for sure and write it down, Vandy will score on a half back pass. They'll hand it off to go around end and Matthews will be streaking down the sideline all alone. If Vol coaches don't have them ready for that play they should get their arse beat. Vandy has run that play with success all year. If we lose it will be the first time all year that I say it is on Butch.

These guys just look at record without doing their homework. Vandy hasn't looked good either.

Vandy didn't return any int's for score's in that game. U didn't watch it and don't know what your talking about!

They're coming off their first win over UF in 25 years, and regardless of the circumstances and/or how bad UF is, it's a big win for their program so it sets up a letdown. Combine that with they play us next week, their biggest rival and they know we're beatable, and they are most likely looking past UK.

And it probably didn't help that even with the chance to get bowl eligible for the 3rd straight year for the first time ever and on Senior Day and they still couldn't get a full house.

UK also played SC pretty tough this year too, so they have their moments. Plus some on here were even trying to praise their play against Alabama.

Kentucky is closer to Vandy and Tenn then you might think. They played USCe, FL, MissSt and Louisville competitively. They also hung around with bama for 20+ minutes. Without the pics and the conversion ran back for 2 points, they would have won yesterday. Road game too.

Sometimes I just have to shake my head.....

So Franklin should have taken a knee and given the ball back to UK, with a minute to go in the game up by 9?

You do know that Baylor was up 29 points and the game ended when they took the knee, right?

I would hope CBJ would do what Baylor's coach did if faced with that situation.

But if we were only up 9 with a minute to go, I sure don't Butch giving the ball back to our opponent, and with it a chance to pull off a miracle. That would be stupid.

I was wrong, it wasn't Senior Day as they close the season with Wake Forest.

But that doesn't excuse not having a full house.
