yeah it's highly unlikely. his flight, which im sure was today, was supposedly redirected to home so he could sit down and talk with his family. doubt he was at the game but who knows.

If he does indeed enroll early would we be able to back count him? Or would that have had to happen before then end of 2009?

I doubt it's true but would be great if so. How long does it take to process the paperwork for EE's? Is this something we could achieve by Wednesday if the kid was in Kville this weekend?

He has already been cleared to be an EE academically and also already passed clearinghouse. Pretty much all he would have to do is hand the paperwork to UT instead of USC. It wouldn't be difficult. He just has to decide if he wants to really be an EE...

And from what I remember when were trying to get Mosley, the TE from Ok St, there is 14 days after the semester starts before you can't enroll. It might just be 7, but I swear I can remember something like that about Mosley...

If I knew if Prater FOR SURE wanted to be an EE, I would like our chances very, very much. Now that he's back home he may decide to wait until NSD so he can think about everything more. If he does that, I'm sure OU and ND will be all over him along with Illinois and UT. That would make it a real battle. We should have a clearer picture of what he's going to do by mid-week, but for now it's sounding good...

I don't see him being here tonight and have not heard that rumor. The coaches are at the Coaches Convention in Orlando and will be there for the next 3 days. I'm not sure if all the coaches went though...

Doubt he comes here after how his recruitment went before committing to USC. That being said, PLEASE come to UT Kyle.

Even after he commited to USC for some reason i thought he would still be a vol, and then his commitment became soft, and now the Pete Carroll thing, i like our chances imagine ambles and prater lined up outside for ut scary my friends.

illinois is the team that scares me he always had really good relationships with those coaches, he said it broke his heart when he called illinois and told them he was commiting to USC, Fla wasnt really in it before they may be now who knows they got everyone else in the top 20 it seems like.

better yet, do we bolster depth with playmakers if we get him? the recruiting rankings do not equate to wins. we need to fulfil position needs and hire the best coaches to improve player potentials, then we'll be happy with the results. finishing in the top 5 according to scouts, rivals, or espn is as meaningful as preseason polls.
