Maybe they painted it this way the first time and it got painted over and someone came back and re-did it. Idr

For some reason I'm thinking Fulton and Prater were supposed to visit together and Prater couldn't so he came later and the rock was painted again...I'm not sure though.

Yea I think your right. I think it was that Fulton & Prater's families were coming down together so the rock got painted like that but then Prater couldnt make it. & then he came down like a week later just him & his family & the rock said " Ambles, Milton, Prater = WR U ".
