If you’re talking about the play he delivered a big hit in the sidelines I agree. This guy is a take any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Just shows how the recruiting services are limited in evaluating all the HS talent.

What most fans don't stop to consider is the sheer amount of players in high school. There are so many high schools in the country. There aren't enough people to fairly evaluate the talent available.

THAT IS WHY the kids that go to camps get star rankings. And I'm perfectly fine with the star rankings system, but I also know better.

This kid has a rare gear on the field. And if put in the right position will flourish. He'll be bigtime.

Amazingly, there are over 1 million HS football players each year. So I think you could count on about 250K being seniors.

You are right. The kids who get high rankings are usually talented players though not always. The factors that differentiate them from an at least equal number of kids that are ranked lower is marketing, camps, and which programs are pursuing them.
