Lack of using TE

It's a fair point. TE just isn't used in the passing game much in this offense. I'd say both of our guys playing at TE are among our best players. It would've been nice to see some wrinkles to get them an easy look here and there.

Just watched the '22 UT vs. Mizz game looking for differences. Guess which play was first? A 20 yard throw to the TE down the sideline.

Castles has made some timely receptions. We'll probably use the TE more next year because Nico has a more diverse skill set than Milton. Just my $0.01 opinion

And the other games we lost....UF, Bubba....? What about aTm, USCe...? It's like the QB run (should do more often - even the announcers said so on Sat). We've got weapons, but don't use them all - even when losing. Back to inexplicable.

Who says the TE needs to be down the tree? I completely agree that Heupel does not use the TE nearly enough. Most good offenses prominently
feature the TE--see the Chiefs and the Niners in the NFL; Manning threw /frequently/ to his tight ends.

Castles has played a bunch and been targeted. He has made some good plays but had the case of the drops early in the year that hurt. I can't help but feel like the coaches lost some confidence in him.

If you throw high over the middle, you will end up with 10-20 interceptions. That’s kinda why

Actually, I think idea is to use the tight ends and stay on the field until a score happens.
