Lady Vols Full Games on YouTube

I was watching the timeouts and the responsibilities of the non-player support staff. I identified one young man who has the single task of collecting the stool after the coach vacates it and the team returns to the game. He then puts it in the same place, sits down on the end of the second row and keeps it safe.

We all have our roles in life and, not to make fun of him, but to acknowledge that having simple tasks defined is essential. smile.

Love your take! And it also may be that his major duties are between games where they're never seen, charting, analyzing, breaking down video, etc.

For sure, if he is on a coaching track, he is within earshot to learn a lot! I've always wished there were more interviews with or acknowledgement of the graduate assistants. Theirs is a unique perspective, and it can be rewarding to follow their careers after leaving Tennessee. VFLs don't just compete on the court or field.
