I personally got a little tired of Ann the Man talking about how good every other team was every time she paid us a little compliment...or how good all the other Freshman players at other schools were every time she had to say something good about Candace...

Why can't ESPeeN just one time come up with analysts that are objective?  Is it that hard to find someone?

In my opinion, it sounds like she was trying to convince the casual women's basketball television viewer to continue to watch this year. Because, anyone who is not a Lady Vol fan and saw that game was probably thinking about how unbeatable Tennessee looks. ESPN does not want everyone to hand the title to the Lady Vols in December.

I know. I still can't stand her. She is a smart ass beatch who was a thorn in the Lady Vols side and loves to get her digs in on the Vols and stood in the way of more than one National Championship... Here's my opinion of her... :focus:

Anybody want to give a little help here?

I asked before about whether the fact we made TX look like cub scouts was a case of their over-ranking or a big jump between the top and bottom of the Top 25 this year. Nobody even gave me a gratuitous insult.

I watched Duke last week and TN tonight, and, between work and football hangover I'm trying to catch up with how the teams compare. Also, considering some of the earlier posts tonight, I can understand a certain reluctance by fe-Vol fans when it comes to replying to folks with exterior gonads.

That said, ...(cough, hrumph- is this mike... excuse me... is this michelle on?)... Parker is self-evident, but how do you think we actually rank given how early it is in the season, how meaningless early season rankings are, and how completely we've dominated the competition?

Texas is a young team....I wish I could have seen us play Maryland and see how good they are...UConn is good...Rutgers and Temple are solid...Duke and LSU both have a bench that "could" compete with us depth wise "Not" talent wise...Michigan State has 2 players...Stanford is Stanford and will always be good...Baylor still has Sophia Young and she is very good...UNC is very good also...Ohio State has a force on the Inside in Jessica Davenport...

If the lady Vols play like they did tonight no one will beat them...but that will not always be the case but I like our depth and talent this year! We should do well! :D

PS:

I saw U/Georgia girls play at MTSU Weds nite. While they beat the Lady Blue Raiders,  the Georgia girls cannot handle the L/VOLS offense--no way shape or form.

Sounds good. I bought my tickets to the Feb 16th game in Athens. Just a short hop from Robins. Taking my daughter.. She loves the "Kennessee girlsball". Her first B-Ball game. :dance2:

We have tickets to see the Lady Vols play in Oxford, MS. I'd LOVE to come see them in Knoxville, but the game I wanted to see was sold out.

Where are you at LIO? Mississippi? I would like to see them play in Knoxville too, but it is too much of a logistical nightmare to have to travel with young kids to Knoxville.

I may even shell out the extra $$ for the mens game in Athens just to see "The Pearl" at work. He gets me pumped for mens B-Ball after such a long time off.

I'm in West Tennessee, so Oxford MS is actually closer than Knoxville.
