He's going to have to improve his decision-making and start coaching the team up instead of down. We'll have a big and pretty strong roster
this fall--a nice mix of experienced and young talent--but it will mean a lot of personnel decisions, and Kirt and the staff have to get them right. If this next season does not go well he could find himself on the hot seat.
