Moss pitching...The only reason I believe we keep seeing Lockman start at catcher is because of her arm...Weimer and lockman seem even on defense...weimer seems to be a better hitter...but you notice her throwing motion maybe does not gun down would be base stealers like lockman does...inserting Holcomb into the lineup you add in more speed and defense while losing HR power but I think that's okay this series....Bearden has been playing okay except for that error yesterday which I just think she took her eye off the ball

Good call on Weimer. That was my wish but maybe Ralph thought could not do any worse.

Shows got first pitch strikes on all four of the hitters!

Looks like Matty finally found her zone...shame she had to give up an early run...but so it goes.

Mattys nemesis gets behind first two hitters and has to groove one for the HR. Has happened throught out her career. If we don't start hitting the ball hard somewhere we are in trouble again. We cannot out slug anyone and certainly not TAM

Lockman hasn't had a hit in I don't know when and up she comes. She swung at one way outside or she would have gotten a walk. At least he can't use her later unless she comes in to catch.

Because she swings at ball and watches strikes go by. Dumb coaching, if lockman could hit a lick she would still be playing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not enough confidence that CJ could hit the ball out of the infield. As I said in the thread coaching is the key and ralph has reared his ugly head again. shhhhh

Scarlett being scarlett. I know that plate up last night could not see but I be damn if some of these pitches look like strikes today. My eyes must really be bad, with my glasses. Bad looking mojo this series and coaching to boot!
