It will be interesting to see if the coaches use Holcomb more in the games ahead, getting another speedy slapper in the lineup as we face better pitching in the days ahead. The coaches have options.
Good problem to have....McSwain has been swinging at hot bat Weimer has been getting on base if I was to take a guess at it would look like this
Leach 2b
Vines 1b
Gregg ss
Geer RF
McSwain DP
Seggren 3b
Weimer C
McClain CF
Holcomb LF

South Carolina over Florida State 7 to 2.
The number two ranked Florida State Seminoles have now lost three games on the season, all three to SEC schools!
Mississippi State Over Georgia 9 to 4.
Texas A&M over Arkansas 3 to 0.
Florida over Kentucky 4 to 0.
Missouri over Auburn 6 to 1 at Auburn. Auburn's Haley Fagan strikes out with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 7th. Karma.
I have been wondering if Rowland is in the doghouse a bit after Kentucky.
Osario and Littlejohn are right-handers, so having Holcomb in the lineup makes sense. But I won't be surprised if both Holcomb and McClain struggle against the riseball.
Too many strikeouts. We've fanned 5 times in 2 innings. I know she's good but get the bat on the ball and put some pressure on their defense. Not sure why Geer is hitting second given her recent struggles--odd decision. I'm hoping one or more of our players gets hold of one of Osario's fast balls and sends it out of the park.
