Hmmmm. Might be tough to do that 'cause it looks like we'd probably have to switch positions with TCU who is sitting at 26-3 now with games against Houston and Baylor left to play. It's possible Baylor could upset them since it's in Waco (they only lost by 5 to TCU earlier), but I wouldn't bet on it happening. Sure would be something, though, if TCU lost and we beat Kentucky and we DID get back into the top 10. I think I'd cry from happiness.

We actually dropped from #8 to #9 in the Herhoops rankings. Herhoops has consistently ranked us from #8-#11 since 12/29/2024. It is a purely statistical ranking system.

If Kentucky loses out I think they could even drop to a 5. Their only quality wins on the season are OU and Alabama. Otherwise they have lost to everyone else decent and have a bad loss to Texas A&M.

If Ole Miss beats LSU or South Carolina I think they’ll be a top 4 seed and bump Kentucky to the 5.

Coach Caldwell in year 1 has a resume right now that is as good as several teams in the NCAA Top 16 seed projections.
I see the LVs on that 3 seed line right now and a high possibility to reach the 2 seed line!
