Agreed. Holly said some nice things about Bama but really it was just coach speak. They did hold their own vs SCar but they have been kind of up and down this year and really don't have the talent and size that TN has. This will be a good double digit win. I expect a lot of O-Boards and easy lay ups.

I expect Alabama to play us like we are the only game on their schedule that matters.

Well Curry has been around the block and she is making those kids believe they can play w/ more talented teams. She has gotta start recruiting better and if she does she might be able to get Alabama an NCAA bid. That's the next step for them because in order to finish better in SEC play they will need some talent. To your point though if all teams played everyone on their schedule that way I think we'd see a better product across the board in the sport. The way teams like Georgia react to beating the LV prove the Tennessee name still carries weight so I do expect Alabama to play up. No one is expecting them to win even thought they have beaten Tennessee I think twice now in recent years.

Take good shots and play tough defense; we win. But we've been doing neither for a while now.

I’ll be embarrassed if the Lady Vols win and then there’s an over-celebration by ANYone for having beaten an extremely overmatched Alabama team.

It gives me the cringy heebie-jeebies when I see comments that make it sound like the program is on fire right after a big win against a grossly inferior opponent. Ick.

Nah, with Holly's history she will likely lose to Bama then beat Notre Dame. Then the Holly backers will crawl back out of the woodwork...

I hope that GOVERNMENTMULE is healing up and will be watching the game tonight.

I also hope the Lady Vol's players have not been reading the Hateful posts by the basketball communists who want to fire your coach in the middle of the season.

Go Lady Vols. Play hard and smart. Limit the turnovers.
