Lane Kiffin files complaint

I thought he was going to file at least 5 complaints for the LSU game?

I guess it becomes a technicality, but Dooley was asking for clarification whereas Kiffin has filed an official complaint. Technically, Dooley has not complained but rather ask for the officials to teach him something. I guess Dooley took the politically correct approach to pointing out the refs screwed up.

Think he's gone in a few years. Just don't see how he'll win big on probation. And, if you're not winning big at USC, you can't stick around.

It'll be interesting to see what his options are if he's fired.

Clarification is respectful and doesn't get you fined. Publicly complaining about the refs gets you fined. You think Kiffin would have learned this last year.

he'll likely follow in Paul Hackett's footsteps and take an NFL OC job with a struggling franchise

I think you all have it mixed up... He is actually correct...He is filing a complaint against Harbaugh... Apperantly Jim called a recruit while he was on a visit at USC.... (As we all know)... That is against the rules and coaches are allowed to do that... Apperantly Kitten announced it to a bunch of boosters before he officially filed the complaint with the Pac-10 & then he will report it to the NCAA....:)

Coaches grade officials after each game anyway.

Not sure what the big deal is here.

Its Lane Kiffin.

Simple as that.

Fair or not, he's under the microscope...and he put himself there. Guy's the most controversial coach in football. Everything he says will continue to be scrutinized for the forseeable future.

He enjoys it. Some coaches would rather be seen and not heard. That is not his style.

Funny thing is if he would have stuck around he would have had big time job security. He had the fan base in the palm of his hand. He would have us at 3-2 maybe 4-1 and maybe win the east in what was to be a down year. He would have been hailed a legend for doing that and given more time to build the program up right. He would have been here for over a decade and lived like a king. He would have made his money. Living in Knox is way cheaper than LA too. Enjoy your 3 years out there. Then you have nowhere to go. Maybe New Mexicao St. lmao.

or at least until the inevitable NCAA Death Penalty for our football program.
