Lane Kiffin will appear with college gameday

Can't think of a more boring, uninteresting person to watch - I'll pass on this one. When he did his coaches show at UT he wouldn't even look up at the camera. Always had his head down.

Cant imagine why he would subject himself to that. Its not like he needs the money, and its damn sure not like he is an "expert" on anything. This wont last more than a few games.

Actually, I could see him needing the money. With an ego like his, he could very easily spend more than he makes while assuming he won't get fired or that someone will pay big bucks for him.

I've never thought he was good, at all, at public speaking. He kind of mumbles, says odd things, and speaks in monotone. Seems to be a train wreck in the making for his first day on camera. I can't wait.

Man, between Lane Kiffin's mumbling monotone and Lou Holtz's confused lisping, they could really have a classic sports show in the making over there.

He and Bruce should host a schlock fest on ESPN Quatro. They could wear orange and beg for their old jobs back, while taking shots at the NCAA and refereeing catfights between their blonde, vapid wives.

A couple of fearless predictions:

1) Kiffin will claim he got fired on purpose to fire up the recruits, and

2) Urban Meyer cancels his scheduled Gameday appearance in 3...2...1...

I don't know about you guys, but I personally think he is absolutely horrible in front of the camera. No personality, no character, and does not bring anything to the table entertainment wise for TV. I do like the way he crashes a Lexus though. ESPN must feel that it will increase ratings so people can take a look at the sorry d bag.

Even in the world of Sports Broadcasting, in all of my might to be objective with my remarks toward Lane, he will not succeed.
